Kim Matthews, founder of Sparks

Kim Matthews owns two NDIS support providers and is mum to three children accessing the NDIS. She has run support services and managed her own support team as a participant family.

She founded Sparks Support Pty Ltd in 2024 to make the software she and the people around her kept asking for: plain, fair, and priced for one person or a small team.

Sparks now makes three products: Sparks Scribe, Sparks Flow and Sparks Provider.
